Tenants move into their new sophisticated and modern homes at Bridgeland Crossings located in Calgary’s newest inner-city community called Bridgeland. The master-planned project is designed to revitalize the area on the site of the old General Hospital.
The two new condominium projects, built in two phases, are mixed-use, mid-rise developments, comprising 302 residential units and 4,300 sq.ft. of commercial space.
The first phase of the project is terraced from 8 to 11-storeys, being tallest at the elbow of the “L” with dramatic curved glass-wall suites. The gardens will be on the east side, offering seating, a putting green and barbecue facilities, plus flower and vegetable gardening for residents.
The second phase is an 8-storey building and will mirror the first, extending north as an upside- down “L”, doubling the size of the east-side gardens and will contain 150 suites.
Bridgeland Crossings in an established neighbourhood, reinvented for today. The area includes excellent transport, shopping, schools, parks and recreation, and has been recognized for excellence in design and sustainability.
