Our Practice

NSDA Architects is a diverse and dynamic Vancouver practice. Our award-winning work includes affordable rental housing, special-needs and social housing, multi-family residential developments, community buildings, seniors’ retirement residences, healthcare facilities, urban design, and large-scale master planning.

Our vision is focussed on creating spaces that positively impact people’s lives through spirited, inspirational, and innovative architecture that is responsive to the site, and respectful of the social and cultural needs of the communities we serve.

NSDA Architects recognizes that land on which we work is the traditional and unceded territory of many honoured ancestral keepers; the Coast Salish peoples including territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
