“You have the same density you’d have with towers, but you distribute it horizontally along the street, creating a relationship between the buildings and the street,” Tom Staniszkis – NSDA Architects
Bridgeland Crossings II Phase 1, is terraced from 8 to 11-storeys, being tallest at the elbow of the “L” with dramatic curved glass-wall suites. The gardens will be on the east side, offering seating, a putting green and barbecue facilities plus flower and vegetable gardening if any residents are so inclined.
Bridgeland Crossings II Phase 2, is an 8-storey building and will mirror the first, extending north as an upside-down “L”, doubling the size of the east-side gardens and will contain 150 suites.
Floor plans range from affordable one-bedroom suites of 586 square feet to roomy two-bedroom homes of 1,200 sq.ft. and penthouses of 1,400 sq.ft.
