It is located adjacent to the University, next to the Town Square and Transit Loop. Immediately east of the Hub is The Cornerstone development, and to the west is a childcare facility.
The 7-storey mixed-use building has 146 units of studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and family oriented 2-storey townhomes with private patios. A full size market grocery store occupies 24,000 sq.ft. of the ground floor retail space.
This mixed-use project utilizes state-of-the-art rain screen technology and is built in accordance with the Canadian Green Building Council’s LEED Silver standard. It incorporates generous green roofs and geothermal heating and cooling in its design.
